5Great Product At A Great Price  Oct 02, 2007 By Mr. Howell
I had run out of test strips last year near the end of the season (I keep my pool open quite late) and the local stores did not have any, so I found these on Amazon and the price was right (Strips in local stores that do all the tests that these do cost almost double what these cost!). I ordered three packages, to get free shipping...and I am very pleased with the performance and price, and will order these again when i run out!
These strips test for Total Chlorine, Free chlorine, Alkalinity, Ph and hardness. They are fast, simple and easy to use. The color chart is printed on the container, and the colors are easily distinguishable (even for a Mr. MaGoo like me!). The container that they come in is easy to open and it is easy to remove individual strips...and it is nice and sturdy and proects the strips well.
In a nutshell: These strips provide all the information you need to keep your pool water at its' peak, and at a bargain price.

3hard to read  Jun 13, 2008 By Denise Marie
The price on the swimline strips is good, but the quality is questionable.
The test patches show very uneven color after being dipped in the pool. This makes the various tests hard to score when compared against the color chart. Other products that I'm familiar with have not had this problem.

3Agree, hard to read.  Aug 25, 2009 By Rebecca
I, like other purchasers, think the strip is hard to read. The different colors "bleed" into each other.

3Strips work fine no seperate chart  Feb 24, 2010 By mm
these test strips work good but picture shows separate color chart but it only comes with a chart on the label of the jar. Price is about the same at the store such as wal-mart.
