I'm not sure where the bad reviewers are coming from... I received the product indicated, and it is a great way to test my spa's chemicals. The handy book allowed me to quickly deduce the amount of chemicals I needed to add to carefully and completely balance my spa's water. I wasn't sure it would be compatible with the salt water system we have installed, but it seems to work fine, even in the presence of salt. WAY easier to check levels than with test strips. Highly recommended!

Buyer BEWARE! It's not clear what's being sold here, but it's not a K2006C. The product photograph is of a K2005, a cheaper and smaller kit than the K2006, and one that is missing the key element of the K2006, an FAS-DPD test for chlorine. Generally, Amazon is very trustworthy. This is an exception.

This test kit provides everything you need to monitor the condition of your pool, the instruction booklet that comes with the kit is very comprehensive. A little light on the reagents for Cyanuric acid (good for 4 or 5 tests only), you may want to order extras when you order this kit.

Great Vendor and product!!! Don't waste your money on strips or "electonic" test devices. The only way to obtain accurate pool water results is with a pro test kit like this one. Acurrate results minimize the use of pool chems. Don't be sucked in by supposed pool supply Companies that will test your water and then sell you the necessary chemicals to maintain your pool chemistry. Maintaining the correct water chemistry is easy with this kit!
THE kit to have for problem pools Jul 13, 2011

I inherited a swamp of an in-ground pool. Two years worth of algae, debris and neglect. It took three weeks daily shocking and testing to turn it back into a pool. Without this kit, it would still be in the same state. If you're new to water testing (as I was), be sure to check out the video instructions on testing procedure on the Taylor website.
